Senior Investment Operations Associate (Contract) (Immediately Available)

Job Summary
Execute and oversee core operational activities across the investment lifecycle, including trade capture, validation, booking, confirmation, matching, settlement processing, cash and position reconciliations, and corporate actions processing. Perform and review reconciliations across custodians, investigate settlement failures and discrepancies, and escalate complex issues for resolution. Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and control frameworks while maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting KYC/CDD processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to support system enhancements, automate manual processes, and improve data quality. Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support governance and audit reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in investment operations or financial services
- Strong experience across trade lifecycle and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation
- Knowledge of financial instruments across asset classes
- Familiarity with SWIFT, custodial models, and accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications (CFA, CISI, FRM, CPA) preferred
- Exposure to multi-asset operations preferred
