Job Summary
Senior Investment Compliance Analyst will monitor compliance results on client portfolios for Regulatory and Investment Manager mandates, using State Street’s Investment Compliance & Reporting platform to conduct research, analysis and reporting to ensure portfolios adhere to investment restrictions. Responsibilities include complex breach analysis, liaison with internal clients and supporting departments, coordinating with data teams for accuracy, participating in ad-hoc projects, training and developing junior staff, and making recommendations to improve processes and procedures. The role requires tight attention to data accuracy, timely reporting, and clear communication to stakeholders, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in Krakow, Poland).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related
- 1 year experience in investment compliance (preferred)
- strong analytical skills
- excellent English communication
- knowledge of financial services, securities, and capital markets
- ability to work to deadlines
- ability to establish professional relationships
- experience with Bloomberg (preferred)
- hybrid work (3 days in office)
Desired Qualifications
- Accountancy/Law or Business/ IT related degree (preferred)
- 1 year experience in investment compliance (preferred)
