Senior Investment Analyst

Job Summary
Contribute to setting department objectives, preparing work policies, and monitoring investment operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Track portfolio performance, review financial analyses, and identify economic indicators to support decision-making. Monitor the implementation of approved investment decisions and follow up on portfolio manager performance against policy and contract terms. Ensure proper organization of records and submit recommendations to the supervisor. Review reports for the Investment Unit, Committee, and Board of Directors while maintaining adherence to asset limits and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic planning and quick decision-making
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Auditing and financial review skills
- Computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- A professional certification relevant to the job is considered an added advantage
- preferably fluent in English, both written and spoken
