Job Summary
Develop variable frequency drives for compressor, water pump, and fan motors based on HVAC product requirements. Design, simulate, select components, draw schematics, and layout PCBs for inverter hardware, then manage design and manufacturing processes while troubleshooting issues. Plan and support verification testing for both variable frequency drives and main controllers, generating test reports. Ensure designs comply with electromagnetic compatibility regulations and standards. Collaborate across regions, cultures, and departments on development projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5年以上逆变器相关硬件产品设计经验
- 有空调压缩机和风扇驱动器设计经验
- 熟悉逆变器、有源功率因数校正、功率器件(IGBT IPM、PIM)和开关电源的原理
- 熟练掌握一个或多个 PCB 开发工具
- 熟悉仿真工具，例如 Ansys、Spice、Simproler
- 熟练使用硬件开发的工具，如示波器、multimeter、EMC test related
- 具有 EMC 问题分析和解决能力
- 具有 FTA 解决问题理念
- 熟悉 CCC、CE、UL\cUL 等认证对硬件设计的要求
- 本科及以上学历
- 电力电子、自动化、电机控制等专业
