Job Summary
Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing are adhered to. Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of components and production kits in accordance with production and transfer order plans. Maintain stock point accuracy, participate in daily cycle counting, and investigate discrepancies between LN and actual stock movements. Manage raw material movements, replenishment, and Kanban material supply to the shop floor. Based onsite at Rocket Lab's Middle River, MD production facility, this role supports the Supply Chain team's mission to enable Electron and Neutron rocket programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ year of experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other heavy manufacturing
- Experience with control and tracking of serial, and lot controlled materials
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Prior experience in high-paced, rapid growth environment
- Team oriented, strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
