Senior Inventory Control Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor, update, and audit materials management modules within the Supply Chain ERP system, conducting regression testing for updates and performing global item changes. Create and maintain item location setups in the ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, while executing physical bin audits and cycle counts. Generate and analyze reports to identify supply shortages, inventory errors, or excess stock, and reconcile all inventory counts with leadership communication. Monitor replenishment orders for Purchasing based on data analytics and forecast modeling, researching discrepancies to recommend appropriate actions. Maintain detailed documentation of processes and improvements, participating in project teams as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years Supply Chain Logistics or Inventory Management experience
- Associate's degree and equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years warehouse and Inventory Management experience
- HS diploma or equivalent and work experience
- 5-7 years Inventory Management or equivalent experience
- NetSuite experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
