Job Summary
Senior Inventory Control Analyst role based in downtown Oklahoma City, OK, overseeing inventory controls for high-value metals across vault, secured storage, and active pick locations. Responsibilities include leading cycle-count programs, reconciling operations and accounting records, maintaining SOPs, supporting audits, and driving improvements through KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration. Key skills include ERP/WMS expertise, inventory valuation and MTM reconciliation, chain-of-custody compliance, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven process optimization in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field (or 4 or more years of equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong understanding of inventory controls, cycle counting, reconciliation (including ops-to-accounting and mark-to-market variances), swell/shortage analysis, SOP development, and audits
- Experience supporting financial and operational audits
- Experience working with WMS and ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: experience in precious metals, bullion, refining, financial services, or other high-value/high-security inventory environments
- Hands-on experience with precious metals mark-to-market accounting, MTM revaluation, and reconciliation between operations and accounting systems
- Experience using inventory KPIs and dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
- Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment operations
