Job Summary
Senior Inventory Accountant responsible for reconciling inventory general ledger balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving accounting errors and discrepancies, reviewing inventory reserve calculations, preparing adjusting and month-end journal entries, ensuring transactions align with authorization, identifying process-improvement opportunities through data analysis, maintaining accurate records, and performing ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed. Must have strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a solid understanding of inventory accounting controls and GAAP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline is required.
