Job Summary

Perform advanced interventional radiology procedures for Body and Neuro IR services, supporting both circulating and scrub roles. Participate in lead or coordinator-level responsibilities while assisting with annual performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities. Mentor staff in advanced procedural competencies and ensure patient safety, procedural accuracy, and compliance with departmental protocols. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams across multiple medical center locations. Requires ARRT Certification, California CRT Licensure, and VIR Certification within one year of hire. Full-time role with variable shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage at 50% pay. Relocation assistance available.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Interventional Radiology experience
  • 3-5 years of healthcare experience in an acute care environment
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
  • Experience supporting Body and Neuro IR procedures
  • Ability to work rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments
  • Willingness to work at multiple clinical locations as needed
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced procedural setting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • ARRT Certification
  • California CRT Licensure
  • BLS (CPR) Certification
  • VIR Certification required within 1 year of hire
  • Interventional Radiology Procedures

  • Sterile Scrub and Circulating Techniques
  • Acute Care Clinical Experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Recent acute care hospital experience
