Senior International Product Manager (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of the assigned bracing and supports portfolio to drive sustainable business growth. Develop and execute the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence while serving as the subject matter expert. Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through commercialization, partnering with R&D, Clinical Affairs, and local Sales teams to deliver on time and within scope. Monitor portfolio performance using key business metrics and recommend corrective actions or strategic adjustments. Develop commercial strategies including go-to-market plans and pricing recommendations, representing the company at industry congresses and advisory boards. This role blends strategy, market research, and customer engagement to strengthen the international presence in the orthopedic medical device industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or Life Sciences
- 8–10+ years of product management experience within the Medical Device or Life Sciences industry
- Experience leading products from concept through launch in a global or international environment
- Experience developing portfolio strategies, product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market plans
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within Europe

- Orthopedics or Musculoskeletal experience
- Proven success in upstream product management and new product development
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs through VOC activities and convert insights into innovative product solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a global matrix organization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with business intelligence or market research tools
- Proficiency in an additional European language
