Job Summary
Design and ship internal tools, automations, and platforms that remove bottlenecks across Yazio, owning the full stack from web apps to distributed, async job processing systems. Drive discovery with stakeholders to uncover bottlenecks and ship tailored solutions that eliminate manual work. Build and scale AI-driven systems, such as the Creative Automation System and Content Generation System, integrating LLMs, RAG, and agents into production. Apply cutting-edge AI to your workflow using agentic coding and AI assistants while making key technical decisions for robust, maintainable architectures. Own work end-to-end from scoping through delivery, and mentor others in software design and process automation. This 100% remote role is based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years building modern web applications end to end
