Senior Internal Communications Manager for GE Vernova’s EDGE, AI, and Robotics organizations. Lead internal comms, support EDGE ELT messaging and presentations, craft employee-facing stories that highlight progress and customer value, manage a communications support role focused on operational excellence, collaborate across functions, and measure effectiveness to adjust plans. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years in internal/corporate communications; seeks a strong writer who can translate technical topics for internal audiences and partner with senior leaders in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of internal communications or corporate communications experience
- Strong executive communications and storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify complex or technical topics for internal audiences
