Job Summary
Senior Internal Communications Consultant for Group Benefits responsible for shaping and delivering cohesive storytelling that elevates the Group Benefits identity, partners with senior leaders, and drives enterprise-wide communications across channels. Develop and deliver cohesive communications packages aligned to enterprise strategy and performance priorities; lead narrative development for milestones and transformation; manage executive communication and support leadership presence across channels; support town halls and enterprise visibility moments; execute communications from concept through execution and performance analysis; identify opportunities to simplify and connect communications across programs; contribute to measurement and insights on storytelling effectiveness. Reports to Head of Group Benefits Internal Communications. Primary location: Boston or New York. Travel up to 15%. Salary range: $103,450 - $169,960 plus potential incentives. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of internal communications experience
- Strong writing/editing/narrative-building skills
- Experience supporting senior leaders with high-visibility communications
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with social media a plus
