Job Summary
Plan, execute, and report audit engagements across the Group's divisions, business areas, and functions to strengthen governance, internal control, and risk management. Contribute to the development of the annual risk-based audit plan and evolve the Internal Audit function's methodology. Collaborate closely with stakeholders at different organizational levels to provide insights and recommendations that drive sustainable growth. Based at Lantmännen's headquarters in Stockholm with travel within Sweden and internationally. Apply online by September 9th.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 5-7 years experience working within internal audit, external audit, internal control, or a related advisory function
- A strong understanding of governance, risk management, and internal control processes
- Experience leading projects and engaging with stakeholders across different levels of an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- CIA, CISA certification, or experience within IT audit, is considered an advantage
- Analytical and able to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
