Job Summary
Senior Interior Project Manager for workplace environments focusing on healthcare-related interior design projects. Lead project teams, manage scope, budget, and client satisfaction, and collaborate with a design team to uphold design excellence, sustainability, and social responsibility. Responsibilities include guiding all design process aspects, coordinating with project teams and consultants, developing and validating project scope, fee, budget, and services during marketing and contract development, using Deltek for project planning, preparing strategic plans for profitable project success, reviewing work for accuracy and compliance, mentoring staff, and leveraging knowledge of design philosophies and current trends. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in interiors, architecture, or related discipline, 10-15+ years of healthcare project experience, proficiency in Revit, LEED GA or equivalent within 6 months, and preferred licensure (NCIDQ or registered architect).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in interiors, architecture, or related discipline
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience with healthcare projects
- Experience using Revit
- LEED GA or obtain within 6 months of hire
- Licensure (NCIDQ or registered architect) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to direct, mentor, and coordinate work efforts of multiple project teams
