Oversees scope, budget, and client satisfaction; mentors staff; drives collaboration within a design team; utilizes Deltek Project Management system to plan budgets, teams, schedules, and change notices; ensures accuracy and compliance with project delivery standards. Requires 10-15+ years in healthcare interior projects, Revit proficiency, strong verbal/written communication, and LEED GA (or obtain within 6 months). Licensure (NCIDQ or registered architect) preferred.
