Senior Interior Designer

Oversee the interior design process and deliverables for large-scale healthcare projects in Canada, establishing project direction while managing budgets and schedules. Meet with clients to analyze goals and needs, then manage multiple projects and a team of intermediate and junior designers under minimal supervision. Prepare and administer construction documents including plans, elevations, and specifications, while selecting materials, furniture, and finishes. Complete construction administration from tender through project closeout and mentor junior staff. Deliver world-class conceptual design that aligns with technology, safety, and cost-effectiveness requirements.
