Job Summary
Conceptualize and execute design solutions for large-scale projects by integrating interdisciplinary criteria, selecting materials, and developing construction documentation across all project phases. Lead teams through mentoring, delegation, and clear expectation setting while managing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Enrich concepts with technical strategies, ensure compliance with building codes and fire regulations, and implement sustainable strategies aligned with firm standards.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design
- Minimum 4 years of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with BIM and Revit Tools
- Practical understanding of the application of digital tools such as Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Ladybug, Enscape, VR, ADOBE Suite
- Actively supports compliance with BIM/CAD project standards and procedures
