Job Summary
Design and manage projects from concept through detailed stages, producing working drawings and ensuring high-quality outputs with minimal guidance. Develop design strategy and maintain the highest standards while interpreting industry trends into unique solutions. Check the work of others and provide fast creative solutions across multiple sectors and countries. Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment. Work with the Associate Director to deliver strategic innovation and client management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Design related discipline
- 5+ years' experience working on Concept, Schematic and/or Detailed stage in Interior Design projects
- Advanced REVIT Capability
- Advanced software skills, including both 2D and 3D software capabilities: Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, SketchUp or an alternative 3D package such as Rhino
- Excellent communication skills, including experience of liaising and developing client relationships
- Team player with collaborative work ethic
- Proactive and conscientious
- Keen to learn and develop skills and share knowledge with more junior members of the team
- Ability to think through design problems and outstanding attention to detail
- A positive and creative thinker
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of large format environments
- Experience working in large team and consultant environments
