Job Summary

Lead all phases of the design process with expertise and creativity, focusing on high-quality design execution. Create detailed design concepts and ensure alignment with firm standards. Oversee interior design efforts and project teams, engaging clients effectively. Mentor staff while ensuring compliance with project guidelines. Demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills including BIM, building codes, site analysis, contract documentation, and cost estimation. Must possess advanced knowledge of design software such as Revit and visualization tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of requisite experience
  • LEED GA within 6 months of hire
  • Professional interiors licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture, or related discipline required

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design, such as LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
