Job Summary
Oversee project delivery from concept to completion by managing furniture plans, custom drawings, 3D models, and renderings in conjunction with the Studio Director. Prepare documentation including room schemes, budgets, and schedules, while accurately producing vendor purchase orders, client invoices, and final specifications. Source and specify furniture, window treatments, lighting, and finishes within budget, then inspect deliveries, expedite long-lead items, and manage installation. Lead client and internal meetings, present to stakeholders, and mentor the Decorating/FF&E team through coaching and recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- at least 7 years' experience
- high taste level
- knowledge of high-end luxury interior design
- knowledge of current industry trends on space, function, decorative lighting, fabrics, furniture and equipment
- ability to make decisions
