Specify and source premium furniture, finishes, lighting, and styling items that align with brand standards, then conduct venue audits and project scoping visits to uncover refurbishment opportunities. Manage supplier schedules, procurement timelines, and invoicing while coordinating quotations to assist with tender evaluations. Direct and coordinate builders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure delivery aligns with approved scopes and design intent, and attend site meetings to execute defect inspections. Maintain design standards and styling guidelines while managing budget alignment for cost-conscious decisions. Brisbane or Melbourne based; 3+ years of experience designing for pubs required; tertiary qualifications and Revit proficiency essential.
