Job Summary

Lead the design process for sophisticated commercial and corporate projects, shaping spaces from initial concept through final occupancy. Initiate detailed design concepts, integrate architectural processes, and drive client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact. Prepare high-quality presentation packages, lead design reviews, and mentor junior staff to foster collaboration and push creative boundaries. Review design documentation for accuracy and compliance, manage multiple projects, and participate in marketing efforts to build lasting professional relationships. Coordinate seamlessly with clients, partners, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of commercial interior design experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture from an accredited design school
  • Advanced knowledge of all interior design phases of corporate projects of varying sizes and complexities from conception through construction
  • Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples
  • Space planning, concept development, finish selection, specification
  • Working knowledge and application of building codes
  • Must be proficient in Autodesk Building Design Suite/Revit
  • CCIDC / NCIDQ Certification a plus

Desired Qualifications

  • Conceptual sketching ability
  • Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, or Illustrator as design communication tool
  • Possess excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
