Senior Interior Designer - Corporate Interiors Practice

Job Summary

Lead design vision, workplace experience narratives, and concept development for large corporate projects while partnering with architects to ensure design intent flows through documentation and construction. Drive FF&E strategy, vendor coordination, and finish palettes across all project phases, guiding clients through presentations and workshops with strong visual storytelling. Mentor junior designers through design reviews and professional growth conversations while collaborating with technical teams to balance constructability, budget, and sustainability. Support key account growth by building trust and continuity with repeat clients. Requires 15+ years of progressive experience, Revit proficiency, and LEED accreditation preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive interior design experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills
  • demonstrated ability to translate business, culture, brand, and workplace goals into compelling interior environments
  • Strong verbal and graphic communication skills
  • ability to present to senior client stakeholders
  • ability to facilitate design decisions
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • 3D modeling skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively with BIM and technical teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, Rhino and/or 3DS Max
  • Creation of presentation books and materials
  • Experience with researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes
  • Experience with furniture selection and specification
