Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary
Ensure client vision is met through design, function, and detailed drawings while developing optimal solutions that represent company standards. Present design solutions to clients and maintain constant professional communications with the project team and consultants. Manage all project aspects including proposals, exhibits, contracts, budget, and profitability by developing integrated task schedules and monitoring progress. Oversee fully coordinated design documents and follow core processes using design tools and project management techniques. Mentor Interior Designers by providing training and leadership through project work to empower staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a CIDA Accredited Program
- 10+ years of experience in the design industry including construction documentation and field observation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with projects focused on Healthcare, Higher Education and/or Lab Design
- NCIDQ Certification
- Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot
- Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Large Language Models (LLM's)
