Job Summary
The Senior Intelligence Collection Requirements Manager role involves managing intelligence collection requirements and operations, requiring strong expertise in DoD collection techniques and operational experience. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of computer applications, experience with various IC collection management systems, and proficiency in communication capabilities within relevant networks. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and involves contributing as a key member of a joint intelligence team, including effective communication and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Six years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- TS/SCI clearance
- Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Google Earth
- Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. CRATE, PRISM, COLISEUM, NSRP, SAVANT)
- Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet
- Strong writing and briefing skills
- Ability to operate as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
- Effective communication in collection management reporting and requirements
