Job Summary
Lead the integration and delivery of CC360 and wider lending transformation initiatives, driving meaningful customer, colleague, and business outcomes. Shape the future direction of lending and credit across Business & Commercial Banking, aligning priorities and investment decisions across multiple platforms. Drive alignment across business, technology, operations, and risk teams to ensure successful delivery of complex transformation outcomes. Influence senior leaders and executive forums, providing insight and recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Navigate organizational complexity, managing key dependencies, risks, and barriers across interconnected programmes. Create clarity from ambiguity, translating strategic priorities into executable plans that deliver measurable value. Provide leadership across governance, planning, and agile delivery forums, ensuring decisions and priorities remain aligned. Champion opportunities to simplify lending journeys and improve customer and colleague experiences through greater integration and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes within financial services
- Exceptional partner management and influencing skills
- Ability to build credibility and drive decisions at Executive and senior leadership level
- Strong critical thinking combined with a delivery approach
- Ability to translate business priorities into clear, executable plans that achieve measurable outcomes
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to create an inclusive environment where individuals and teams can thrive and deliver their best work

- Experience of commercial lending, credit transformation or customer journey transformation within a banking environment

- Experience working closely with product, engineering and architecture teams
- Technical credibility to influence and challenge where required
- Ability to spend at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at one of our office sites
