Job Summary
Senior Integrations Engineer / Integration Lead responsible for designing, architecting, and leading enterprise integration solutions across APIs, data transformation layers, and cloud platforms. Build and optimize REST/SOAP APIs (XML/JSON/XSLT), develop serverless architectures using Azure Functions, and ensure scalability, security, and reliability. Own production support (incident resolution, RCA), enforce integration standards, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and partner teams. Manage partner onboarding, EDI, APIs, and webhooks; participate in architecture discussions; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring to enable reliable integrations. Hybrid work model with in-office Wednesdays for North America locations and in-person collaboration as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in enterprise integration design, development, and operational support.
- Advanced proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions or equivalent serverless platforms.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based integration architectures and event-driven systems.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and RCA.
- Strong SQL and data processing skills.
- Knowledge of API security protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and architectural design capabilities.
