Senior Integrations Engineer

Job Summary
Lead connectivity and infrastructure strategy by collaborating with clients to determine optimal methods for building system integration. Execute and optimize integrations by configuring Niagara stations, managing device setups, and resolving advanced technical blockers involving network infrastructure and security flows. Enable applications and APIs by overseeing core features, coordinating UAT support, and designing custom workflows to address deployment gaps. Interpret technical documentation to plan application enablement while partnering with cross-functional teams to eliminate data discrepancies and meet client use cases. Drive process excellence by documenting lessons learned and establishing best practices for future deployments. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and own vendor quotes to ensure alignment with operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the Smart Building, IoT, or software engineering space
- Proven track record of managing multiple fast-paced projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
- Ability to understand practical applications of HVAC and mechanical systems
- Deep familiarity with Tridium Niagara
- Experience with API integrations
- Experience with complex system configurations
- Hands-on experience with network setups
- Experience with routing
- Experience with VPNs
- Experience with reverse proxies
- Solid data analysis skills across diverse datasets
- Proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., Python or similar)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex systems into clear terms for clients and internal teams
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD)
- Familiarity with other building automation applications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HVAC Engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
