Senior Integrations Engineer (API Sources & Automation)

Senior Integrations Engineer to build and evolve Python systems powering integrations across Airbyte Data Replication and Airbyte Agents. You’ll design tooling and abstractions to enable Airbyte engineers to build, roll out, and monitor integrations faster and more reliably, drive self-healing infrastructure with intelligent retries and automated compatibility fixes, and mentor engineers while shaping engineering direction across the integrations ecosystem. The role involves working on AI-driven operational tooling, collaborating with Customer Engineering and Support teams to eliminate recurring issues through automation and platform improvements, and leading technically ambiguous projects from exploration through production rollout with an emphasis on speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Strong emphasis on backend development in Python, extensible frameworks, AI/LLM APIs in engineering workflows, and a passion for developer experience and delivering end-to-end ownership.” ,
