Job Summary
Senior Integrations Developer role focused on designing and building integrations for core banking platform, digital channels, CRM, and third-party systems. Primary emphasis on integration development, using Boomi and other development tools; lead design efforts and code reviews, provide technical leadership, mentor other developers, collaborate with Integration Architect, and adapt to AI-assisted development tooling. Requires strong SQL and API/integration experience, C#/ASP.NET knowledge for legacy support, experience with enterprise systems and vendor APIs, and familiarity with Azure DevOps, security, testing, and modern software development practices. Hybrid/remote-eligible with up to 40% remote work; based at ESL Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent directly related programming experience
- Minimum of 3 year of Programming experience in a corporate/business environment designing and developing APIs and other integrations (using Boomi or a comparable iPaaS platform (MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, etc.). This can include college related internships and coops.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries for use within integration processes and data mapping
- Experience working with enterprise systems and third-party vendor APIs
- Ability to read and contribute to C#/ASP.NET codebases for legacy application support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams
