Job Summary
Senior Integration Manager leads PayJoy's Enterprise partner integrations, owning the technical lifecycle from Discovery through live transactions. The role manages 5–9 active integrations across geographies, coordinating discovery, integration planning, regular partner syncs, technical walkthroughs, and escalation of blockers. Responsibilities include building and managing the integration plan, conducting Discovery with partners, delivering a clear Discovery Doc, enabling partner engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery and testing, driving end-to-end launch activities (sandbox, certification, pilot, production rollout), and tracking originations and gross margin post-launch. Requires technical fluency to read API documentation, communicate constraints to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and maintain ownership of integration workstreams. Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills are mandatory for cross-regional partner engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a B2B technical implementation, integration management, or solutions role in FinTech/payments/API-first SaaS
- ability to read API documentation and discuss technical constraints with stakeholders
- proven ability to manage 5+ simultaneous partner integrations across lifecycles
- excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
- self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
