Senior Integration Manager, M&A

Lead end-to-end integrations and divestitures in Machining M&A; define integration strategy, Day 1 readiness, and establish the Integration Management Office (IMO). Partner with senior leaders across operations, finance, IT enablement, governance, and consulting to drive value creation, protect revenue, deliver synergies, and design post-merger operating models. Coach divisional integration managers, promote knowledge sharing, and build a strong integration community across the business while ensuring governance, consistency in execution, and capability development. Fluent English required; Swedish language skills are a plus. Regular presence at the Stockholm office with international travel expected.
