Job Summary
Design and improve software providing business, platform, and technology capabilities using industry-aligned languages and frameworks. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance while adhering to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and designers to define requirements, devise solution strategies, and promote a culture of code quality through peer reviews and knowledge sharing. Lead a team performing complex tasks, set objectives, coach employees, and influence decision-making to drive operational effectiveness. Spearhead the evolution of infrastructure and deployment pipelines, building and managing robust, scalable, and secure systems for seamless digital solution delivery.
