Job Summary
Project manage technical aspects of client implementations by collaborating with IT departments, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. Oversee technical setups including networking, DNS configuration, SFTP connections, and database connectivity. Modify SQL scripts to export data from SIS systems, implement PowerShell/Bash automation, and facilitate API access. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after launches while documenting processes for scalable growth. This role supports the integration of Meadow Pay with university partners to transform the higher education payments industry.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience in System Integration, SaaS Implementation, or IT Consulting
- Advanced Knowledge of SQL, Scripting Languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash), DNS, Networking, and SFTP Protocols
