Job Summary
Design and develop interfaces using SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, and API Management tools to ensure data flows between external and internal applications. Manage integration projects for global SAP S/4HANA implementations, collaborating with functional and technical teams to define deliverables, configure repository objects, and execute unit and functional test plans. Write code according to specifications, prepare technical design documents, and troubleshoot production support issues while maintaining adherence to department standards. Monitor application maintenance notifications, create development estimates, and consult clients on integration strategy and architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required in Computer Science or Related Field
- Minimum of 6-8 years of combined IT and SAP experience
- 4+ years of middleware software systems
- SAP Integration Suite and its components including CPI development
- API Development
- Groovy Scripts
- SAP CPI Development
- SAP BTP Advanced Event Mesh
- XML, Java, ABAP, and XSLT mapping of data in various formats
- Network protocols Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, FTPs, AS2, REST API, SOAP
- Understanding of different Cloud systems like PAAS, IAAS, SAAS
- Java, Java script, technical expertise with reporting, RFC's, BAPI's
- Experience integrating multiple Cloud systems
- ABAP Proxies, Alert Monitoring, ALE Configuration, RFC, Idoc, JMS adapters, SOAP, REST, Web Services, Odata Services
- Experience with ABAP Workbench tools such as ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Editor, Area Menus, SAP Odata Services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and retail partners
- Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
- Remote/ East Coast or Central United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with other BTP services such as Datasphere, Smart Data Integration
- AI Skills
- Point of Sales systems, and eCommerce platforms, preferably Magento
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, Employee Central Payroll
- Experience with Fiori APPs, BTP Services, BTP APPs
- Experience with OData Services
