Job Summary
Design and build robust, secure API-led integration solutions using C#/.NET and the Microsoft Azure stack, owning end-to-end solution architecture from design through production support. Author High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation, create UML diagrams, and apply established integration patterns including event-driven messaging with reliability mechanisms like retries and circuit breakers. Develop and optimize serverless workloads, tune database performance, and manage CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps. Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimate capacity, and track work in Jira while providing L3 escalation support and conducting root cause analysis for business-critical systems in a regulated banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in software development
- strong hands-on expertise in integration and API development
- proven solution-design ownership
- C# / .NET Core
- HLD/LLD authoring and UML-based design
- Software and integration design patterns
- ability to explain design decisions and trade-offs confidently
- Event-driven architecture and messaging
- reliability patterns (retries, dead-letter queues, idempotency)
- Azure Integration Services: Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management
- Database and performance optimisation: indexing, execution plans, and query tuning
- Azure DevOps and Git
- CI/CD practices and automated deployment
- Agile / Scrum delivery
