Job Summary

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integration solutions connecting business applications, databases, cloud platforms, and workflows using Workato or similar iPaaS tools. Build integrations for REST and SOAP web services, create reusable templates, and support ETL/ELT processes with data transformations. Troubleshoot failures, performance issues, and connectivity challenges while participating in design reviews, testing, and release planning. Lead initiatives with minimal supervision, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. Produce technical documentation and process flows. This onsite role in Houston requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of integration experience, and proficiency in Python or SQL.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be based in the Houston area
  • Only individuals authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship will be considered
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Successful completion of a drug screening
  • Successful completion of any applicable assessments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of application integration experience
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or another leading iPaaS platform
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications and platforms
  • Strong experience with REST APIs
  • Strong experience with SOAP services
  • Strong experience with JSON
  • Strong experience with XML
  • Strong experience with Enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, and cloud-based data environments
  • Experience with at least one automation or workflow platform
  • Proficiency with SQL and scripting/programming languages such as Python or R
  • Familiarity with cloud environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience configuring, deploying, testing, and supporting production integration solutions
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential data in secure environments

  • Experience with API management platforms and enterprise automation solutions
  • Experience supporting chatbot, workflow automation, or collaboration platform integrations
  • Experience with Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery
  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or data visualization environments
  • Relevant integration, automation, cloud, or platform certifications
  • Experience designing reusable integration frameworks and shared technical components
