Job Summary
Lead execution of large-scale integrated campaigns for the Lifestyle group, managing day-to-day internal and external communications while shaping production plans across video, photo, print, and social-first formats. Act as the leader of the production set, directing crew, staff, and talent to ensure smooth, on-schedule shoots that balance creative ambition with operational and financial realities. Partner with Line Producers on budgets and contracts, and collaborate with Sales, Creative, and editorial teams to develop sellable pitches, identify risks early, and maintain platform authenticity. Supervise Integrated Producers and Video Creators, reviewing workstreams to ensure quality consistency and coaching junior staff in client-facing problem-solving. Hybrid schedule (3x in-office in NYC) with approximately 50% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Production experience in branded content and social
- Proven track record managing multi-format deliverables (print, video, photo, social)
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with a wide range of budgets
- Familiarity with social-first production and how to optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Experience collaborating with editorial teams to ensure branded work meets editorial standards
- Experience collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders and clients
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong vendor management and negotiation experience
- Ability to mentor and inspire junior producers
- Passion for culture, lifestyle, and authentic storytelling
- Hybrid 3x a week- (NYC, NY) In-office
- % Travel Required (Approximate): 50%
