Job Summary
Lead the integrated planning process across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Fleet to ensure cross-functional alignment and reliable delivery of group-wide forecasts. Develop planning frameworks that convert strategy into operational plans with clear timelines and KPIs, while facilitating coordination to mitigate execution risks. Manage a team of four Integrated Planning Managers, holding business case owners accountable for cost savings and revenue benefit realization. Partner with Financial Planning and Controlling teams to validate forecast assumptions and track key inputs for revenue, cost, and capacity. Based in Budapest, this senior role requires 5-7+ years of experience in planning or strategy execution within aviation, logistics, or transport. Fluency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in planning, strategy execution, or business performance roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Strong understanding of integrated business planning principles, financial forecasting, and performance tracking
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Sharp analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset in addressing gaps in execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence without direct authority
- Collaborative leader with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude and a passion for delivering results
