Job Summary
Lead end-to-end lifecycle sustainment, planning, and execution for assigned Navy C4I systems as the primary logistics authority. Develop and maintain Configuration Overhaul Planning records, manage configuration data within CDMD-OA, and track equipment changes to ensure data integrity. Utilize Model-Based Product Support and Q-Star for sustainment planning, documentation, and lifecycle tracking, while leading obsolescence risk mitigation efforts. Conduct inventory audits, manage asset accountability, and coordinate material disposition activities including DRMO turn-in processes. Prepare and submit Shore ILS certifications in accordance with Navy timelines, ensuring compliance with program milestones and operational readiness goals. Analyze logistics processes to identify efficiencies and reduce lifecycle costs, maintaining detailed documentation for audits and program reviews. Interface with PMW 790 stakeholders, NAVIFOR, and engineering teams to coordinate integrated logistics support across all system domains.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Possession of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance with a current SSBI/T5 investigation
- DAU Life Cycle Logistics certification (Level II or III) or equivalent professional logistics certification (CPL) supporting advanced logistics expertise
- 10+ years of experience with Navy C4I systems with specific focus in Integrated Logistics Support, lifecycle sustainment, and configuration management within DoD environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Experience serving as an ILS Lead supporting Navy C4I programs, with demonstrated ability to independently manage logistics operations and coordinate across program stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Navy logistics, sustainment lifecycle processes, and configuration management practices within PMW 790 or similar program offices
- Familiarity with Integrated Product Team (IPT) environments and ability to coordinate logistics activities across engineering, cybersecurity, and program management disciplines
- Experience supporting STACC or similar programs with knowledge of Shore ILS certification processes and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain performance, improve efficiency, and reduce lifecycle sustainment costs
- Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills with ability to translate logistics data into actionable program insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interface with government stakeholders and senior leadership
