Job Summary
Senior Integrated Circuit Design Engineer needed to design analog, mixed-signal, and RF ASICs for extreme environments from aerospace to biomedical applications. Collaborate with engineers and scientists in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. Requires BS with 4+ years of IC design experience and proficiency in analog/mixed-signal design (amplifiers, ADC/DAC, PLL, high-speed I/O) using Cadence Virtuoso. Preferred MS with experience in low power energy harvesting and power conditioning, DDR3/4 PHY IP design, 10Gb SerDes/PHY design, MOS below 32nm process nodes, and radiation-hardened electronics. Must obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- BS with 4+ years of experience designing integrated circuits
- Experience designing analog and/or mixed-signal circuits such as amplifiers, ADC/DAC, PLL or other timing circuits, high-speed I/O Cadence Virtuoso
Desired Qualifications
- MS preferred
- Experience with low power energy harvesting and power conditioning
- DDR/LPDDR PHY IP design
- 10Gb SerDes/PHY design
- MOS advanced nodes below 32nm
- radiation-hardened electronics
