Job Summary
Lead end-to-end insurance transformation programmes from strategy to implementation, driving process and digital improvements across underwriting, claims, and finance while strengthening governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Act as a trusted advisor to Belgian and international clients, providing strategic insights on transformation and market developments to help them navigate controlled, compliant, and future-ready operations. Coach teams to ensure high-quality delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
