Job Summary
Senior Insurance Representative – Multi-Branch Support located in Prince George, BC. Serves as an insurance subject matter expert across multiple branches, delivering on-site and remote support for personal, commercial, and specialty insurance products; builds and maintains client relationships while achieving sales and service targets; provides policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and claims support; mentors and trains staff on complex insurance products and compliance; travels regularly to branches to ensure consistent client experience and strong service standards; collaborates with the team on joint marketing initiatives and branch referrals; requires valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between branches; strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to adapt in a multi-location environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of general insurance experience
- Level 2 license
- CAIB designation considered an asset
