Job Summary
Lead transformation programmes across insurance organisations by delivering change initiatives such as operating model redesign, process improvement, and business transformation. Partner with clients to solve complex challenges and manage stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new structures. Coordinate subject matter experts across Tax, Technology, Regulatory, and Legal functions to implement target state legal entity structures for insurers in General, Life, MGA, and hybrid sectors. Work across underwriting and functional teams to embed sustainable improvements. This 12-month competitive day rate contract (Inside IR35) is based in London with a hybrid schedule of two office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance, Life, MGAs or hybrid insurers)
- Proven track record of delivering change and transformation initiatives
- Experience in areas such as operating model design, process optimisation, or large-scale business change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
