Senior Insurance Advisor

Senior Insurance Advisor responsible for promoting and educating clients on a broad range of insurance products, owning client relationships, and acting as a senior resource within the branch to handle more complex cases. Will deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions, assess client needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure proper coverage, manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes, and support branch success through mentoring peers, training, reporting, and day-to-day operations. Located onsite in Edmonton, AB, with emphasis on building relationships, growth opportunities, and contributing to local community presence.
