Job Summary
Senior Insurance Advisor role at Westland Insurance Group in Burnaby, BC is onsite. You will promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, own client relationships, oversee more complex insurance cases, and support branch success. You’ll deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions, assess client needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines, manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes, and contribute to business growth through cross-selling and up-selling. The position emphasizes mentoring peers, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with the team to drive branch performance. The compensation includes an hourly range of $22.20-$22.75 with a 35-hour work week, and professional development support is available toward CAIB/CIP designations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience
- Level 2 License
