Job Summary
Senior Insurance Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions; educate clients on personal lines insurance products; manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases; build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities to grow and retain business; mentor peers and contribute to training, reporting, and day-to-day operations; collaborate with team members to support branch success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience
- Level 2 License
- Progress toward CAIB and/or CIP designation
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling more complex client needs
- Ability to build lasting client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and identify opportunities to grow and retain business
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and contributing to team success
- Professional, solutions-focused, and an effective communicator who demonstrates sound judgment and integrity
