Job Summary
Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection. Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy. Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication. Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products. Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations. Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience
- Level 2 License
- progress toward your CAIB and/or CIP designation
