Job Summary
Senior Instrument Engineer responsible for technical assurance, instrumentation engineering expertise, lifecycle management of field instrumentation, maintenance programs, condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance with Shell DEP standards. Lead design and documentation for instrumentation projects, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure IPF/SIF classification, coordinate with contractors, support asset reliability, and contribute to mid-to-long-term instrumentation strategy. Requires bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years in instrumentation for oil & gas; willing to relocate to Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia.
